Owners Corporations are createdby statute and have many functions which include repairing and maintaining commonproperty, fixtures and services and financial administration of the property concerned.Disputes often arise between owners and decisions are often made by Owners Corporations by majority vote of members. This can affect significantly the rights of property ownersand ultimate recourse can be made to VCAT if rights are affected.
